Yes! Each week our new designs will be on sale for a limited time! Twice a year there is a BIG Semi Annual sale as well! If you want a discount any time you shop joining the Alpha-Delicious design club is a MUST!! Click here for more details!

Yes! It is our intention to provide lifetime access to your purchases, however we only guarantee this for 30 days after your purchase. With the large number of designs and years of orders lifetime access is not always possible for a number of reasons. With that said, you have 100% guaranteed access for 30 days after the date of purchase. After 30 days we will do our best, but cannot guarantee and will not send new copies or create new orders for missing files.

Design Issue- If your design has an issue we will gladly correct or exchange the design for up to 14 days after your purchase. After 14 days there will be no exchanges or replacements made.

Bought Twice or Wrong Design- Don’t worry! We’ve got you! If you accidentally purchase the wrong design or buy a design again, just send us a message within 14 days of your purchase and we will gladly replace it with a new design (equal or lesser value) of your choice as long as the design has not been downloaded.

You can log-in to your account and click on your order number. There is a link to download that order. If your order is missing a link, please email us. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours, please email us again. Emails that are sent on Saturday or Sunday will be responded to on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.

In the Account Dashboard you can download files in two sections. Look under Orders or Downloads and click on the corresponding order number OR file name. You should also receive an order conformation email from Alphalicious Designs with a download link. If you don’t receive this please first check your SPAM and if still no email is please email us.

Yes! All digital files available for instant download! Each file will download in a zipped/compressed folder. While most computers do not need anything extra, if you are using an older computer you may need software to unzip the folder. With a quick google search you can find free software online.

The short answer is, if you have software you can always resize, HOWEVER it is NOT recommended! Due to the fact that resizing compromises the integrity of the original digitizing Alphalicious Designs does not recommend or provide support for any designs that have been altered in any way.

Yes and no. You are welcome to the software image from the website (unfinished, computer generated image) for the purpose of advertising finished goods as long as the image is not altered in any way. This includes leaving the watermark on all images provided by Alphalicious Designs. You MAY NOT use the finished stitched or pressed image. These are generously provided by a team of testers who run their own business. Additionally, it is important that your customers see what you can provide and not what someone else has created. Being 100% transparent with your customers is crucial to long term success. Plus! We all have our own unique style, favorite threads, and awesome fabric stash!

Design file may not be shared, mass produced, transmitted, copied, transferred, altered for sale or resold in its original, digital, or any other format. You may not use any of our designs to create other designs of any kind for resale. This includes, but is not limited to, PNGs, SVGs, printed items, heat transfer items, images and/or graphics for POD, Digital, Print, or any other format. If this happens legal action may be taken.
