Refund, Exchange, Access Policy

Your satisfaction and success is our number one goal!

In effort to provide top notch customer service we do offer a 30 exchange/replacement/refund period. After 30 days, we cannot provide a full refund, replacement or exchange. Refunds are rarely given due to the nature of the digital products.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital designs

  • Used physical products

To complete your return, we require the order number for proof of purchase.


Unlimited download access is guaranteed for 30 days after your purchase. With that said, after 30 days we will do our very best to keep your designs in your account dashboard, but cannot guarantee it and will not send new copies or create new orders for missing files.


If your design has an issue we will gladly correct or exchange the design if troubleshooting does not correct the issue. We will ask you to work with us in troubleshooting because the problem is often solved and has nothing to do with the design after all. No replacement will be given if the design is altered in any way by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is an issue with the design or product itself.


Don’t worry! We’ve got you! If you accidentally purchase the wrong design or buy a design again, just send us a message within 24 HOURS of your purchase and we will gladly replace it with a new design (equal or lesser value) of your choice as long as the design has not been downloaded. A coupon code will be emailed to you for your replacement design. The single use coupon code will be set for a design of equal or lesser value and will be valid for 72 hours.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If you were double charged, first we deeply apologize. Now and then there is a glitch and this happens. Please email us with the order numbers and a refund will be processed for the amount over charged,

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
