Download Access:

- Designs downloaded during membership period will not be stored in you account. Access will be lost upon membership cancellation.  Files will not be resent.

Cancellation:

Monthly Memberships MUST be cancelled 30 days prior to renewal. If  the membership cancellation is less than 30 days before the renewal date there will be one last charge on that renewal date.

Quarterly Memberships - Membership MUST be cancelled prior to renewal. A 30 day notice is not required. Refunds will not be given once the renewal is complete. 

No Contracts: Cancel Anytime- Download access will be revoked at the time of cancellation. Refunds for remaining paid months will not be issued.

Refunds and exchanges:

- No refunds or store credit will be given for any reason unless a mistake is made by the Alphalicious Team.

Failed Payment:

- Failed payments will be retried 3 times. If failed after 3 attempts your membership will be cancelled and access will be revoked.
