Legalicious Fine Print

Annual Memberships: 

- Annual memberships have a one year agreement. Charges will apply until the designated number of charges are fulfilled. DOWNLOAD ACCESS IS REVOKED UPON CANCELLATION even if the year is not complete.

Download Access:

- Designs downloaded during membership period will not be stored in you account. Access will be lost upon membership cancellation.  Files will not be resent.

Cancellation:

Monthly Membership - members will be charged for a minimum of two billing cycles. Memberships cancelled will continue to be charged until the agreement of two billing cycles is fulfilled. 

Quarterly Membership - Memberships MUST be cancelled prior to renewal.  Refunds will not be given once the renewal is complete. 

Monthly Membership (Annual) - Memberships cancelled will continue to be charged until the agreement of 12 billing cycles is fulfilled. 

Quarterly Membership (Annual) - Memberships cancelled will continue to be charged until the agreement of four billing cycles is fulfilled. 

** Memberships MUST be cancelled prior to renewal.  Refunds will not be given once the renewal is complete. 

Cancel Anytime- Download access will be revoked at the time of cancellation. Refunds for remaining paid days/months will not be issued. Charges may apply if terms apply.

Refunds and exchanges:

- Due to the nature of the digital product refunds, credits, or exchanges will be given for any reason unless a mistake is made by the Alphalicious Team.

Failed Payment:

- Failed payments will be retried 3 times. If failed after 3 attempts your membership will be cancelled and access will be revoked. If a term agreement applies an invoice will be sent via email for the remainder of the balance. If the invoice is not paid the account will be frozen.

TOU:

- Mass Production of 200 end products or more IS NOT PERMITTED. An additional license is required.

- Class distribution is not permitted without an additional license.

-  In House Printing or Third Party Printing for the purpose of resale is NOT PERMITTED. An additional license is required.

Membership terms and prices may be subject to a fair and equitable adjustment if necessary.
